No, we do not manufacture the product under license. And actually HAIHONG enjoys lots of patents in both designing and development of transformer.

Does HAIONG manufacture the product completely in its own factory ?
Yes, we do manufacture all the products as well as most of the related accessories completely in our factory, such as Electromagnetic Wire and Oil Level Indicator.

What are HAIHONG’s standard warranty provisions with regard to the subject product ?
We are pretty willing to offer standard warranty provisions with regard to the subject product up to 12 months from the date of delivery. Within the warranty period, all related services are to be provided to you free of charge. And we shall be still responsible for the sold products right after the warranty period with certain amount of maintenance fee charged.

What is the percentage allocation of R&D from the total annual budget ?
About 30%.

Yes, we are a member of China National Transformer Institute and had established transformer R&D center, which had been approved by Provincial Authority.

Yes, we utilize CAXA for the designing ( with both the functions of AutoCAD and 3DMax ) and Kingdee for Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management, with which HAIHONG had been awarded China Machinery Industry Modernization Management Enterprise in the year of 2006.
