3D Wound Core

The winding section of the 3D wound core transformer is circular, the force is uniform, and the compressive resistance is strong when it is subjected to short-circuit electric power. The circular coil, the oil (gas) channel is uniform, the three-phase coil is arranged in an equilateral triangle, and the temperature rise of the hot spot is low.

Product Description

The 3D wound core is made of electrical steel strip or amorphous alloy strip, and three rectangular core frames with approximately semicircular cross-section and identical geometric dimensions are obtained. A 3D structure with an equilateral triangle in the top view direction is obtained.
