Solution

As the 3D wound core is made of silicon steel strips/amorphous strips on a special core winding machine, there are no joints and no noise is generated as in the case of laminated transformers due to discontinuities in the magnetic circuit. At the same time, the three-phase magnetic circuit and magnetic flux are completely symmetrical, and the working magnetic density is reasonably designed, thus reducing the noise of the 3D wound core winding transformer.

HAIHONG's independently developed 3D wound core transformers operate with low noise, without the need for additional damping facilities, low noise cooling system, effectively avoiding the "NOT IN MY BACK YARD", to solve the problem of noise nuisance.
