Phase II of Guangxi Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Plant

       With the rapid economic development of China's central and western regions, the demand for power is increasing. The existing thermal power, hydropower and other power generation capacity can no longer meet the needs of regional economic development, and the contradiction between power supply and demand is prominent. The Guangxi Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Plant Project jointly invested by China General Nuclear Power Group and Guangxi Investment Group came into being.

       Guangxi Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Plant plans to build 6 million-kilowatt nuclear power units with a total investment of about 70 billion yuan. After the first phase of Guangxi Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Plant is put into operation, it can provide 15 billion kWh of safe, clean and economical electricity every year. The project adopts HAIHONG's open ventilated 3D wound core dry-type transformer, which has high operating efficiency and strong overload capacity to meet the high-load operation requirements of nuclear power plants. HAIHONG's new energy power supply solution provides a strong power supply foundation for Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Plant.
