       With the acceleration of the production pace, users have higher requirements for power supply reliability. In order to minimize the impact of power outages on production, the demand for replacing transformer cooling fans without power outages is increasing. The method of replacing fans without power outages has become a guarantee An effective guarantee for the continuous power supply of the grid. Haihong Electric and Guangzhou Baiyun Power Supply Bureau jointly researched and developed an integrated dry-change protective shell dry-type transformer with a non-stop replacement of fans. The product has the following characteristics:

       1、 The power supply is independently wired to control the cooling fan switch, and each fan is designed to operate independently without affecting each other to safely solve the impact of dry-type transformer power failure caused by fan failure.

       2、Change the installation position of the fan: install the fan on the wall of the outer box, and design the ventilation pipe to send air to the heat dissipation point. During the replacement of the fan, the transformer does not need to be powered off, which solves the power failure caused by the fan failure, and at the same time ensures the personal safety of maintenance personnel.

       3、 Combining the "method of replacing the cooling fan without power failure" + "integrated protective open ventilated wound core dry-type transformer technology", solve the problem that the dry-type transformer in the prior art cannot replace the cooling fan without power failure and prevent illegal installation. Risks, to ensure the safe operation of personnel during prototype replacement and product maintenance.

       4、The project realizes the replacement of fans without power failure during the operation of dry-type transformers, effectively reducing the assessment rate of power grid outages. The one-piece protective open casing is small in size, and can enter and exit the electrical room without dismantling the casing, which is more convenient for installation and provides effective protection for the transformer during installation.

       5、Compared with the SCB-400kVA resin dry-type transformer without casing installed in the original power room, the built-in SGB-800kVA integrated protective open dry-type transformer in the product has a larger installation size (length* Width*height) are basically the same, saving floor space. The design product of replacing the fan without power failure will be officially installed and put into operation in June 2021. After it is put into operation, the fan will have an obvious air-cooling effect on the dry transformer winding, and the heat dissipation efficiency will be higher.
