       On September 26, 2022, the SZ22-RL-63000/110-NX1 3D wound core power transformer independently developed by HAIHONG was successfully switched on and powered on at the 110kV Dunhou substation # 1 in Chancheng, Foshan, China Southern Power Grid! The product of the project has solved the difficulties of 110kV voltage grade 3D wound core energy-saving transformer technology in large capacity production and process control. SZ22-RL-63000/110-NX1 3D wound core rolling power transformer is the first and largest 110 kV 3D wound core rolling power transformer in the Southern Power Grid. The 110 kV Dunhou substation # 1 replacement of main transformer (hereinafter referred to as the "main transformer") project is the first pilot project of 110 kV 3D wound core rolling power transformer within the scope of the Southern Power Grid. The smooth operation of the project increases the total transmission capacity of 110 kV Dunhou substation, It effectively alleviates the peak power consumption pressure in the urban area, optimizes the power grid structure in the north area of Chancheng, and improves the power supply capacity and reliability of the area. The project provides new solutions for urban substations to solve the residents' concerns about the magnetic field of the surrounding electric field, noise disturbing residents and low-carbon transformation.

       HAIHONG technical team comprehensively considered the relationship between the transformer and the surrounding environment of the substation, and started the design from three aspects: the magnetic field strength of the surrounding electric field, the operating noise, and the overall dimensions. The product of the project uses the 3D wound core energy saving technology. Compared with the laminated structure transformer with the same capacity, the magnetic field intensity of the surrounding electric field decreases by 50%. The measured noise data of the product is only 53 decibels, while the operating noise of other main transformers in the station reaches 70 decibels. The noise reduction effect is obvious. In terms of overall dimensions, SZ22-RL-63000/110-NX1 3D wound core power transformer is designed according to the original 40000 kVA old product space, and the product radiator is arranged at a suitable position around the oil tank according to environmental requirements, so as to ensure that the project can replace the main transformer in the original space, and improve the utilization rate of # 1 space and construction efficiency of 110 kV Dunhou Substation.

       The project adopts SZ22-RL-63000/110-NX1 3D wound core power transformer, which subverts the structure of traditional laminated core transformer, and its energy-saving and low-carbon characteristics are improved to a new height. Compared with the national "Class 1" energy efficiency standard value, the no-load loss of the product decreases by about 9.69%, the load loss decreases by about 3.34%, and the no-load current decreases by about 90.48%. Under full load, the power loss of main transformer will be reduced by about 250,000 kilowatt hours every year, the benefit will be increased by about 180,000 yuan, and the standard coal will be reduced by about 75 tons, which is equivalent to reducing the emission of about 146 tons of carbon dioxide and 7 tons of sulfur dioxide.
