Precise Retrofitting, Solving Equipment Temperature Rise Challenges
A resin-cast stacked core dry-type transformer at a power plant in Zhuhai was plagued by excessively high operating temperature, severely impacting equipment lifespan and power supply reliability. Haihong Electric implemented a targeted cooling system retrofit for this issue, utilizing the live-line fan replacement technology. Post-retrofit, the equipment's temperature rise significantly decreased, with the transformer's hottest spot temperature dropping by approximately 10 degrees Celsius, and temperatures at other measurement points also reducing to varying degrees. This not only effectively controls the operating temperature and extends the transformer's service life but also greatly enhances the safety and stability of the power distribution system.

Live-Line Fan Replacement Technology Safeguards Uninterrupted Plant Operation
Fans, serving as fragile components during transformer operation, require replacement after aging. For sectors like the power generation industry that have extremely high requirements for power supply continuity, Haihong Electric has independently developed the live-line fan replacement technology. This ensures that fan maintenance and replacement can be carried out safely and quickly while the transformer operates normally, completely resolving the traditional issue where fan failure might necessitate a power outage for repair.
