The Golden Snake coils with blessings to bid farewell to the old year; the fine steed gallops to welcome the new spring. On February 9, 2026, the 2025 Year-end Summary and Commendation Conference & 2026 Spring Festival Gala Banquet of Haihong Electric Co., Ltd., Guangdong Healthwise Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Tritype Electric Co., Ltd. was grandly held at the Tanjiang Peninsula Hotel in Kaiping. All colleagues gathered together to celebrate this grand event. Looking back on 2025, we took solid steps and forged a solid foundation of quality with craftsmanship; heading into 2026, we stand firm in our resolve and join hands to create a brand-new grand blueprint.


With drums and music resounding and lion dances bringing good fortune, the conference kicked off in a warm and festive atmosphere. General Manager Ms.
Zhai Lizhen of Haihong Electric, General Manager Mr. Xu Keyong of Healthwise , and Deputy General Manager Mr. Zhou Yucheng of Tritype Electric comprehensively summarized the company's development achievements in 2025, clarified the 2026 work plans and core goals, and gathered a powerful driving force for all colleagues to strive forward and work hard.
Haihong Electric Builds Hardcore Strength with Innovation
In 2025, every employee of Haihong Electric upheld craftsmanship and strived for progress, jointly creating inspiring achievements: Mr. Liang Qingning, the company's Chief Technical Engineer, was awarded the Special Allowance of the State Council; the world's first 110kV energy-saving amorphous alloy 3D wound core oil-immersed power transformer was successfully put into operation; the company won honors such as "Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises in Guangdong Province" and "Guangdong Electric Power Science and Technology Award", and was approved to establish the "Jiangmen Craftsman College".

In market expansion, we achieved breakthroughs on multiple fronts, with remarkable results in the dual circulation of domestic and international markets: we successfully completed technical training for peers in Malaysia; 16,000kVA large-capacity dry-type transformers were successfully exported to Vietnam and operated stably; we secured important orders in industries such as airports, batteries, papermaking, steel mills, and ceramics; intelligent double-layer double-public transformer box-type substations were selected into the New Technology Promotion Catalog of China Southern Power Grid, and the company successively won bids for projects of China Southern Power Grid and State Grid; the first order of double-layer substations was landed in the Hong Kong market, energy storage equipment entered Japan for the first time, and positive progress was made in the marine economy market.
In terms of business model innovation, we dared to break new ground: we launched equipment leasing services, carried out substation inspections for expressways, expanded the heavy-duty truck charging station market, and continued to follow up on energy-saving renovation projects for high-energy-consuming enterprises.
In internal management, we continued to optimize: we installed air conditioners in workshops to improve the working environment; completed the upgrading of water, electricity, and gas facilities in the Shuikou factory; and continuously improved product reliability and operational standardization through system inspections, 7S management, and risk awareness enhancement. In talent development, we systematically carried out various types of training, implemented multi-skilled worker training and talent promotion mechanisms, commended sales pioneers every month, assisted colleagues in professional title applications, and steadily improved the team's comprehensive quality.
Healthwise Pioneers New Situations with Steady Development
In 2025, all employees of Healthwise upheld the spirit of "Planning with Prudence, Accomplishing with Diligence, and Achieving Far with Humility", achieving high-quality development in three dimensions: market, production capacity, and management.
In market operation, the specialty store channel demonstrated operational resilience, with some stores achieving growth against the trend. Product sales remained dominated by health foods; the Hong Kong-version Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Oil Soft Capsules were successfully launched, and 43 annual appreciation events achieved remarkable results. Relying on core products such as Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Oil and Magnolia Officinalis Total Phenols, the extraction business steadily expanded and actively developed overseas markets; export business achieved a leapfrog breakthrough, with export revenue surpassing domestic sales for the first time and becoming an important growth engine. We flexibly adjusted strategies, focused on maintaining core customers, and effectively supported the stabilization of overall revenue.
In production capacity upgrading and product R&D, the 700L×3 supercritical extraction equipment was successfully put into production, breaking through key production capacity bottlenecks; the production capacity of the spray-drying production line was rapidly released, OEM business grew significantly, and expansion projects were implemented in an orderly manner. We continued to promote process innovation and energy conservation and consumption reduction, with continuous improvement in multiple production indicators. Technological R&D advanced in parallel around product quality and compliance capabilities, deepened the development of Ganoderma lucidum food-medicine homologous products, completed the filing of multiple new products, participated in the formulation of national standards, achieved fruitful intellectual property results, and continuously passed multiple authoritative certifications and qualification re-examinations, maintaining compliant and steady overall operation.
In internal management, we actively promoted innovation incentives and project-based management, advocated a result-oriented execution culture, and encouraged every colleague to put forward improvements and contribute to their respective positions.

Tritype Electric Seeks Long-term Development through Transformation
In 2025, Tritype Electric focused on product transformation and upgrading as well as lean operation, comprehensively improving development quality and efficiency.
In technological innovation and product R&D, we successfully realized the series development and implementation of fully insulated 3D wound core dry-type transformers in 10kV-35kV voltage levels; the cooling system continued to innovate, and multiple solutions such as fully sealed internal circulation and chimney-principle-based heat dissipation systems were developed, significantly improving the product's overload capacity and heat dissipation efficiency. The quality and safety management system was continuously strengthened, with remarkable results in quality problem rectification and safety accident prevention. Through active collaboration and cost optimization, supply chain management ensured stable material supply and enhanced resilience.
Automation and digitalization construction was actively promoted, with the automation upgrading of multiple types of equipment such as slitting machines and winding machines completed; independently developed insulation pipe cutting and sorting equipment, temperature rise paperless recording systems, etc., promoted the dual improvement of production efficiency and safety; OA and ERP processes were optimized, realizing cross-departmental collaboration efficiency improvement.
The human resource system was continuously improved, with synchronous enhancement of talent development and team cohesion, and continuous improvement of the salary system; the assembly workshop won the title of "Advanced Collective in Jiangmen City", fully demonstrating the team's execution and on-site management level. Logistics support was solid; the completion of photovoltaic power generation projects and factory cooling projects not only improved the working environment but also vividly interpreted the corporate culture of Three Mutuals and Six Goodnesses.

Commendation and Incentives Gather Synergy

Promote progress by addressing problems. The company encourages colleagues to enhance their sense of "community", dare to and be good at voicing their opinions, resonate with the company, and share glory together. A "Sincere Dialogue" was held at the commendation conference. Company leaders listened attentively to practical questions raised by colleagues regarding the company's future development strategic direction and colleagues' career planning directions, and provided detailed answers one by one, enabling every colleague to have a clear vision, clarify their work goals, enhance their sense of belonging and identity to the company, draw a development blueprint together with colleagues, and work together to embrace the future.
Through thousands of trials and hardships, we remain firm; we stand unyielding to winds from all directions. In 2025, we adhered to the development belief of Steadiness Wins the Future, persisted in intensive cultivation in core businesses, did not drift with the tide, "strengthened our internal capabilities", and promoted the company's development towards high-quality and high-level directions.

Every leap of the company is the result of the joint efforts of every colleague. It is their extraordinary perseverance in ordinary positions that converge into the mighty power for the company to face challenges. To thank all colleagues for their hard work and encourage them to become benchmarks and set examples, a total of 528 advanced individuals and departments were commended at the conference, including 53 colleagues who won the "Craftsman Award" and 34 colleagues who were awarded cars. To date, the company has awarded a total of 260 "Craftsman Awards", 660 cars, and 39 houses.
While developing continuously, the company has always fulfilled its social responsibilities. For 16 consecutive years, we have carried out poverty alleviation and student aid activities, conveying the belief that "knowledge changes destiny" and working with society towards a more stable future.







Following the glorious moment of commendation, we proceeded to the warm reunion dinner and the highly anticipated lucky draw. The hosts' exclamations of surprise were not just transmissions of luck, but also proof that the year's hard work had been remembered.
