The traditional transformer core adopts a planar laminated structure, which has the disadvantages of unbalanced three-phase magnetic circuit, high noise, poor short-circuit resistance, and can only reduce transformer loss by increasing material consumption. Haihong Electric, as the leader of green and energy-saving technology in the transformer industry, established a project to develop three-dimensional wound cores in 2004. In 2007, it fully transformed and manufactured three-dimensional wound core transformers. Compared with the traditional laminated core structure transformer, the production process of the three-dimensional wound core transformer can save 20-25% of silicon steel sheet and 8-10% of copper material (same capacity and performance), with three-phase magnetic circuit balance and no-load loss Low, low no-load current, low noise, strong short-circuit resistance and other advantages. For many years, Haihong has been committed to the development of green and energy-saving three-dimensional wound core technology, and has been invited to participate in the formulation of transformer energy efficiency standards many times to promote the development of industry technology in the direction of green and energy-saving. At present, it has signed cooperation agreements with more than 100 domestic industry manufacturers to jointly promote green and energy-saving three-dimensional wound core transformers, and non-exclusively licensed the technology to ABB, TBEA, MTM Malaysia, and well-known companies in the United States, Turkey, India and other countries.
