Win-Win Between Family and Enterprise | Family Day Event of Haihong Electric, Healthwise Company and Tritype Electric Successfully Held

On December 20, 2025, bathed in the warm and gentle winter sunshine, more than 1,000 colleagues and their family representatives from Haihong Electric, Healthwise Company and Tritype Electric gathered together to attend a warm appointment exclusive to our big family. In the beautiful factory area of the company, happy "small families" converged into a warm "big family", and this grand event of "family" kicked off amid waves of laughter and joy!

The Family Day event started with elaborate preparations by the colleagues. At the beginning of the event, Chairman Xu Kaixuan delivered a speech, on behalf of the company's board of directors, extending a warm welcome and sincere gratitude to all colleagues' families for their arrival and support. He pointed out that colleagues are the cornerstone of the company's development, and families are the solid backing of colleagues. The company will continue to promote the integration of family and enterprise, make everyone feel the warmth, and realize common growth.

This year, all colleagues of Haihong worked hard and forged ahead, jointly achieving proud results. Chief Technical Engineer Liang Qingning was awarded the Special Government Allowance of the State Council, reflecting the country's high recognition of Haihong's technological innovation capability; the world's first 110kV energy-saving amorphous alloy 3D wound core oil-immersed power transformer was successfully put into operation, demonstrating the company's strength of "Win Glory for China with Internationally Leading Technology". The international market continued to make breakthroughs: completed technical training for Malaysian counterparts, 16000kVA dry-type transformers exported to Vietnam have been operating stably; substations settled in Hong Kong for the first time; substations in energy storage field was successfully launched in Japan, attracting customers from Tanzania, India and other countries to visit and cooperate. The business model continued to innovate: launched equipment leasing services; carried out expressway substation inspection; vigorously expanded heavy-duty truck charging/swapping stations and energy-saving renovation projects for high-energy-consuming enterprises. Internal management was improved simultaneously: air conditioners were fully installed in the company's workshops to improve the workshop environment; strengthened front-line management and full-staff risk awareness, focused on high-reliability products, and promoted the solid implementation of various work. These achievements have not come easily, and more efforts are needed in the future. Haihong will continue to adhere to solid work and innovation-driven development, and steadily stride towards a new chapter of high-quality development!

The newly built 700L×3 supercritical carbon dioxide extraction production line of Healthwise Company was officially put into operation in November this year. With larger scale and more advanced technology, the production line has significantly improved production capacity and process level, providing a solid guarantee for product stability and market supply. Taking this opportunity, Healthwise Company will continue to optimize products and services, and further expand the global market. In terms of scientific research exchanges: Healthwise actively participated in industry exchanges such as the National Ganoderma Conference and Medicinal Fungi Conference, promoting R&D and innovation. This year, Healthwise was awarded the title of Jiangmen Key Leading Enterprise in Agriculture, successfully passed the food production license renewal review and the ISO22000 food safety management system recertification; fresh Ganoderma lucidum and wall-broken Ganoderma spore powder have obtained the National Organic Product Certification for 11 consecutive years, demonstrating the effectiveness of the whole-chain high-standard management. Since its launch, Hong Kong version of Ganoderma spore oil soft capsules have been widely welcomed, gaining market recognition with their excellent quality and becoming a new growth point of the company; this year, 43 Appreciation banquets were jointly held, achieving remarkable results in brand promotion and customer reward.

After ten years of forging ahead, Tritype Electric has achieved leapfrog development: the team of colleagues and production capacity have continued to grow; products have expanded from a single 10kV dry-type transformer to a full range including 20kV/35kV, environmentally friendly type, amorphous alloy type, etc.; it has been awarded the titles of National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise and Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique and Novel "Little Giant" Enterprise, with its industry influence continuously improving. Tritype Electric adheres to the innovation culture, focuses on core technological breakthroughs, has achieved results in heat dissipation structure and other aspects, promoted the implementation of new products such as fully insulated dry-type transformers and low temperature rise dry-type transformers, and actively served the development of new power systems and new energy. The company adheres to the cultural philosophy of "Three Mutuals and Six Goodnesses", fully installed air conditioners in workshops to significantly improve the working environment; practiced green development, built a 1910kW rooftop photovoltaic project, which has generated more than 1.5 million kWh of electricity since its commissioning. In terms of management, it implemented the group operation mode and launched the OA system to improve efficiency; deepened the 7S on-site management, set up the Quality Culture Award, constructed a closed-loop quality management covering design, incoming materials, manufacturing, management and service, and made every effort to create high-reliability products. Respecting the elderly and caring for the young is the warmest background color in the company's corporate culture. At this year's Family Day event, the company awarded scholarships to 619 colleagues' children and elderly care consolation money to the elderly over 70 years old from 489 families. It is hoped that through this event, we can better inherit and carry forward the traditional virtue of respecting the elderly and caring for the young, and build a harmonious and friendly big family.

At the Family Day event site, interesting parent-child games ignited the joy in an instant! Adults and children worked together to participate in 7 relaxing and interesting games. They sweated, enhanced feelings and narrowed the distance in the interaction.
