The Super-Grade 1 Energy Efficiency Amorphous Alloy Prefabricated Substation is equipped with a Super-Grade 1 Energy Efficiency Amorphous Alloy 3D Wound Core Dry-Type Transformer, delivering exceptional energy savings. Compared to silicon steel Grade 1 energy efficiency products of the same capacity, its no-load loss is reduced by 65% and load loss by 5%. Leveraging this outstanding energy-saving advantage, its own losses are minimized, helping operators save on electricity costs and enhance the station's overall green energy efficiency level.

Beyond its exceptional energy-saving performance, the Super-Grade 1 Energy Efficiency Amorphous Alloy 3D Wound Core Dry-Type Transformer also boasts high reliability and safety. It utilizes a 3D Wound Core structure paired with circular disk coils. This results in equal three-phase magnetic paths and balanced force distribution, strong short-circuit resistance, a uniform temperature field with excellent heat dissipation, and advantages in fire and explosion prevention. It offers significant insulation effectiveness, features moisture and contamination resistance, and the coil insulation is crack-resistant.

The Prefabricated Substation adopts a compact double-layer design, saving space and reducing civil engineering costs. The transformer is placed on the upper level, yielding better heat dissipation, lower operational temperature rise, enabling long-term full-load operation, and resulting in low load losses, further reducing electricity costs.
