In this wave of the times, led by the Guangdong Power Grid, Haihong Electric as the main development unit, combined with elites from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, North China Electric Power University, and Advanced Technology & Materials Co., Ltd. , successfully developed the world's first 110kV energy-saving amorphous alloy 3D wound core oil-immersed power transformer, and on March 8, 2025 passed the China Machinery Industry Federation of the organization of the new product technology appraisal. The appraisal committee agreed that the comprehensive performance of the product has reached the international leading level, and agreed to product identification.
