On April 25, 2017, the Hamada MS solar power station project in Shimane Prefecture, Japan, which was developed, constructed, operated and maintained by PowerMax, a Chinese-funded solar energy company in Japan, held a completion ceremony. Nearly 200 people including former Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama, leaders of the Chinese Embassy in Japan and representatives of partners attended the ceremony. Chairman Xu Kaixuan of Haihong Electric Co., Ltd. was invited to lead a team to attend.
The Hamada MS solar power station covers an area of 185,000 square meters. After completion, the predicted total power generation capacity can supply power to 3,300 ordinary local households. This project is divided into two phases. The first phase basically adopts Japanese local products, and the second phase 90% of the equipment comes from "Made in China". . Among them, the step-up transformer for power distribution adopts the three-dimensional wound core transformer independently developed by Haihong Electric Co., Ltd. with more than 100 patented technologies. The second phase of the power station was put into grid-connected power generation trial operation on March 1, 2017. Compared with the first-phase solar power station project, the average power generation of the second-phase products is 9% higher, and the maximum daily power generation is 20% higher, but the cost has dropped by more than 20%.
At the ceremony, the Haihong Photovoltaic Substation was well received by leading experts from Japan, Germany, South Korea, and Thailand for its low noise, low loss, safety, environmental protection, and energy efficiency superior to Japan's first-class energy-efficiency transformers.
Jing Chunhai, Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Japan, said at the ceremony that he hoped that such large-scale cooperation projects would appear more and add energy to the economic cooperation between China and Japan.

According to Su Qing, president of PowerMax, the general developer of the project, facts have proved that "Made in China" products have the advantages of high power generation, short construction period, intelligent operation and maintenance, safety and reliability, high quality and durability, and high cost performance, reaching the international leading level. The success of this project also means that Chinese photovoltaic products have been recognized by both the government and the people in the Japanese market.
Since its establishment 19 years ago, Haihong Electric has been adhering to the corporate culture of "authenticity, sincerity, and sincerity" and integrating "ingenuity" into every link of production. The three-dimensional triangular wound core transformer independently developed by Haihong is safe, environmentally friendly, energy-saving and quiet. Its characteristics have been well received by the domestic and foreign markets. So far, the patented technology of Haihong’s three-dimensional triangular wound core has been non-exclusively licensed to transformer manufacturers in Malaysia, Switzerland, Turkey, Iran, India and other countries. Recognition means that China's advanced transformer manufacturing has reached the international leading level. I believe that under the guidance and support of the national "One Belt, One Road" policy, Haihong Electric will enter the international market to a higher level in the future, hoping to become another after China's high-speed rail. Zhang Chinese business card, win glory for the country.
