Law popularization donates books to enterprises

       In order to effectively strengthen the party building work of the "two new" organizations, in December 2017, under the guidance of the Organization Department of the Jiangmen Municipal Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Jiangmen Intermediate People's Court and the Party Branch of Haihong Electric Co., Ltd. were established as partners for joint construction. On January 31, 2018, the leaders of Jiangmen Intermediate People's Court and Jiangmen Legal Popularization Office, accompanied by relevant leaders of Kaiping People's Court, went to Haihong Electric Co., Ltd. to hold a law popularization book donation activity.

       The book donation activity was held in the conference room of Cuishanhu Headquarters of Haihong Electric. Lin Muheng, vice president of Jiangmen Intermediate People's Court, Wang Jian, deputy secretary of the party committee, Li Chaowei, director of the comprehensive office center, Huang Yuguang, member of Jiangmen Judicial Party Committee, Cao Furong of Kaiping City Court Director, Liang Yingwen, Vice President of Haihong Electric, Chairman Xu Kaixuan, General Manager Zhai Lizhen, Party Branch Committee Members Zheng Ling and He Qiling attended the book donation activity.

       Before the start of the book donation activity, the participating leaders visited the Haihong Electric product exhibition hall and spoke highly of Haihong's technological innovation achievements. At the book donation ceremony, Chairman Xu Kaixuan of Haihong Electric expressed the importance of complying with laws and regulations. Mr. Xu said: The country proposes to govern the country by law, and as an enterprise, we must govern the enterprise by law. Only by standardizing the development can the enterprise go further and further. Vice President Lin Muheng highly praised Xu Dong's family and country feelings, and commented that Chairman Xu Kaixuan has political awareness, legal awareness, and awareness of serving the people, and Haihong's products win glory for the country.

     "Selected Collection of Typical Judicial Cases" is a combination of judicial practice and law popularization study by Jiangmen Intermediate People's Court. Focus issues such as industrial and commercial administrative penalty disputes, legal liability for overdue payment of wages, etc. In the form of case summaries, expert comments, links to legal articles, and one-sentence statements, it provides readers with practical and effective legal knowledge and rights protection guidelines in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.

       Deputy Dean Lin Muheng said: "The compilation and distribution of this book is an important practice for our court to implement who enforces the law and who popularizes the law. I sincerely hope that the publication and distribution of this book can educate and guide the general public to pay attention to the legal cases around them, consciously respect the law, study the law and abide by the law. Create a good environment for the rule of law to comprehensively promote the rule of law in the city.”

       In order to do a better job in the work of party building and co-construction, Dean Lin said in the conversation: colleagues from Haihong are welcome to visit the clean government and rule of law education base of Jiangmen Intermediate People's Court to observe and listen to the trial of cases.
