After preliminary investigation and design, Guangzhou Haizhu Power Supply Bureau finally selected two 10kV ring-network type 800kVA miniaturized double-layer prefabricated substations (configured with SGB11-RL-800/10 three-dimensional wound core open dry transformer) from Haihong Electric. Only in this way can the optimized layout of the power supply scheme during the project transformation be realized.

    On November 2, 2020, an integrated protective open-type three-dimensional wound core dry-type transformer of Haihong Electric was put into operation in the electrical room renovation project of Kangle No. 6 Community of Guangzhou Haizhu Power Supply Bureau. Because the power room is relatively old, the space is very small, and a 2000kVA dry transformer needs to be installed on the basis of the existing one SCB-1000kVA in the original power room to meet the power load requirements. After preliminary investigation and design, Guangzhou Haizhu Power Supply Bureau finally selected a SGB11-RL-2000/10 integrated protective open three-dimensional wound core dry-type transformer from Haihong Electric, in order to realize the optimal layout of the power supply scheme during the project transformation .

The product can be disassembled under the safety conditions of power failure, which is safer than the structure with a door, avoiding misoperation and alarm when opening the door, and preventing dangerous operations of opening the door and entering the transformer room.
    The transparent protective cover on the high-voltage side can directly observe the cable connection status, avoiding dangerous operations of operation and maintenance personnel close to the high-voltage side, and has a strong protective effect. The terminals protrude from the metal shell, and if necessary, the terminal cover can be removed directly for wiring operations, which is easy to install and maintain.
    A detachable transparent protective terminal cover is installed on the high/low voltage side. The protective cover is made of PC material, which has high transparency, light weight, impact resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, self-extinguishing, flame retardant, non-toxic, and anti-aging (20 ~25 years), chemical corrosion resistance, excellent electrical insulation and other characteristics.
