       According to the "Energy Efficiency Labeling Management Measures" (Decree No. 35 of the National Development and Reform Commission and the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine), the National Development and Reform Commission and the State Administration for Market Regulation organized the formulation of the "Implementation Rules for Energy Efficiency Labeling of Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors" ( Revised), "Implementation Rules for Energy Efficiency Labeling of Power Transformers" (Revised), "Implementation Rules for Ventilator Energy Efficiency Labels" (Revised), "Implementation Rules for Flat Panel TV Energy Efficiency Labels" (Revised), "Implementation Rules for Set-Top Box Energy Efficiency Labels" (Amendment) is hereby issued to you, please implement it conscientiously. The validity period of this batch of rules is 5 years.

       "Implementation Rules for Energy Efficiency Labeling of Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors" (Revised), "Implementation Rules for Energy Efficiency Labeling of Power Transformers" (Revised), "Implementation Rules for Ventilator Energy Efficiency Labeling" (Revised) from June 1, 2021 Implementation, for products manufactured before June 1, 2021 or imported before August 1, the application of energy efficiency labels can be delayed until June 1, 2022 according to the revised implementation rules.

       "Implementation Rules for Energy Efficiency Labeling of Flat Panel TVs" (revised) and "Implementation Rules for Energy Efficiency Labeling of Set-Top Boxes" (revised) will come into force on August 1, 2021, and products manufactured or imported before August 1, 2021 can be delayed until 2022 Energy efficiency labels shall be added according to the revised implementation rules before August 1, 2019.

       In the Announcement No. 14 of 2016 of the National Development and Reform Commission, the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and the National Certification and Accreditation Administration, the "Implementation Rules for Energy Efficiency Labeling of Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors", "Implementation Rules for Energy Efficiency Labeling of Power Transformers", "Energy Efficiency Labeling for Ventilators" The Implementation Rules, the Implementation Rules for Energy Efficiency Labeling of Flat-panel TVs, and the Implementation Rules for Energy Efficiency Labeling of Digital TV Receivers are abolished at the same time.
