The product is equipped with an integrated protective dry transformer shell, and the fan can be replaced without power failure. Although the capacity of the dry transformer has doubled, the overall installation dimensions (length*width*height) are basically the same as the 400kVA dry transformer before the replacement, and the advantages of small size and light weight of the Haihong open three-dimensional wound core dry transformer can be effectively demonstrated .
Innovation points of this project:
(1) Through the application of the innovation project achievements of the integrated protective dry-type transformer housing without power failure replacement of the fan, the replacement of the fan without power failure during the operation of the dry transformer is realized, which effectively reduces the assessment rate of power grid outages;
(2) The integrated protective dry transformer shell combined with the replacement of the fan without power failure realizes that after the dry transformer is installed and put into operation, the power supply operation and maintenance personnel basically do not need to touch the live parts of the dry transformer, which effectively guarantees the safety of personnel;
(3) Due to the small size of the integrated protective dry-change housing, the dry-variable housing can be connected to the power room without dismantling. It provides effective protection for the dry change body and avoids damage to the product caused by irregular operation;
(4) The innovative design of fan replacement without power failure. After the fan is started in actual operation, the air cooling effect on the dry transformer winding is very good, the heat dissipation efficiency is higher, and the effect exceeds the expected goal. It is suitable for promotion and application in the entire network in the future.
It was learned from the online press conference for the second quarter held by the National Energy Administration that in the first quarter of this year, the average power outage time for users of power supply companies in 50 major cities across the country was 0.63 hours per household. Among them, the five cities with the shortest average power outage time for users are Shenzhen, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Foshan, and Beijing; the average power outage time for Shenzhen users is 3.3 minutes per household, a year-on-year decrease of 5%, ranking first in the country. It shows that in the context of fully satisfying users' energy and power needs for a better life, there is still great potential to be tapped in providing power supply reliability indicators.
