In 2021, the first "Lingnan Electric Power Forum" of Guangdong Electrical Engineering Society will be held in the afternoon of November 24 in a combination of online and offline. Invited to participate in the formulation of a number of national standards and industry standards, he himself has obtained more than 200 authorized patents, and the papers he wrote were included in IEEE Library and entered into EI retrieval. He has won more than 10 ministerial (provincial) awards such as the National Energy Science and Technology Progress Award, China Patent Award, Guangdong Patent Award, Guangdong Science and Technology Award, and Guangdong Outstanding Inventor Award. Trained more than 200 technical personnel of various types, including 12 senior engineers, 30 engineers, and 18 high-level talents in Jiangmen City, and built five major R&D teams of Haihong Electric: including product R&D, tooling molds, equipment R&D, material research, and testing test. Vigorously promote the formulation and implementation of the new transformer energy efficiency standard GB20052-2020 "Power Transformer Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades". Lead the green and low-carbon development of the distribution transformer industry and contribute to the national double-carbon strategy.

Successfully implemented the non-exclusive technology licensing project of three-dimensional wound core transformer technology to the world's top 500 companies such as Switzerland, India, Turkey, Malaysia, the United States and other well-known companies at home and abroad, realizing the Chinese manufacturing going abroad and contributing to the high-quality development of China's economy , and also contribute to the high-quality development of the country's joint construction of the "Belt and Road".
