At this exhibition, Haihong Electric highlighted its Prefabricated Substation tailored for energy storage scenarios. The product can be flexibly configured with a 3D Wound Core Dry-type Transformer or a 3D Wound Core Oil-Immersed Transformer, fully meeting the diverse requirements of different projects.

Exhibition Appearance Leads to Immediate Implementation! The displayed enclosure substation will be put into operation immediately after the exhibition at the Omuta City Energy Storage Power Plant in Japan.
Addressing Japan's marine climate with high salt mist and high humidity, Haihong Electric implemented a specialized anti-corrosion design for the product: the enclosure of the Prefabricated Substation and the tank of the oil-immersed transformer both utilize stainless steel housing and anti-corrosion coating processes. If the 3D Wound Core Dry-type Transformer is selected, it can completely eliminate risks of enclosure corrosion and oil leakage, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment, truly achieving adaptability to local conditions and reliable quality.
In terms of performance, Haihong Electric's 3D wound core transformers feature lower losses, with measured values exceeding Japan's energy conservation standards. Miyakojima Solar Power Project
Phase II of the Hamada MS Solar Power Station project in Japan adopted Haihong Electric's power distribution equipment. Compared to Phase I, the average power generation increased by 9%, costs decreased by 20%, and the economic benefits were significant. Additionally, the noise level was much lower than that of the Phase I equipment, resolving the issue of disturbance to residents.
