By 2026, after 18 years of dedication and over 2,000 solution validations, this iterative product is officially launched. Starting from fundamental research on electric fields, magnetic fields, and thermal fields, through successful engineering deployments across various application scenarios, this product is now a badge of honor for Haihong Electric and a testament to its commitment: "Rather go bankrupt than compromise on integrity."


Rooted in 3D Wound Core Technology, Unleashing "Powerful" Performance

The product inherits 3D wound core technology, featuring three-phase balance, a robust structure, and outstanding short-circuit withstand capability. With a uniform temperature field distribution, operating losses are significantly reduced: compared to traditional stacked core transformers, no-load losses are reduced by 30%, load losses by 5%, and no-load current by 70%. Operating noise is below 45dB(A) – quieter than a household air conditioner.



Revolutionary Heat Dissipation Design

The patented zero-carbon vortex-assisted cooling system represents a groundbreaking design in thermal management. Haihong's R&D team broke conventional thinking by engineering the cooling system as an upgradeable structure. The cooling air ducts use high-quality, lightweight aluminum alloy and leverage the "chimney effect" principle to achieve ultra-efficient heat dissipation. Without needing to activate fans, measured temperature rise values for medium-to-large capacity transformers are below the Class H limit (<125K), while smaller capacities are below the Class F limit (<100K). This enables the transformer to handle extreme loads with ease, extend insulation life, and save considerable operating electricity costs.



Comprehensive Internal and External Insulation Protection

Safety is the lifeline of Haihong Electric's products. The fully insulated structural design enhances electrical safety and improves overall structural reliability, significantly reducing stray flux and stray losses while completely eliminating the risk of discharge from live parts to clamps. The transformer is equipped with a hybrid insulation system consisting of NOMEX® aramid paper, PIF polyimide film, and environmentally friendly insulating varnish. The equipment is fire-proof and explosion-proof – using Class C insulation material (the highest temperature rating, allowing 220°C), with flammable material weight reduced by more than 85% compared to conventional products, and it has passed the F1 combustion test. Additionally, it is moisture-resistant and pollution-resistant, with coil insulation that does not crack, partial discharge below 3pC. Combined with the VPI vacuum pressure impregnation process, insulation reliability reaches the industry's highest level. The product has passed C4 climate and E2 environmental tests.
