The eight-month "Wuyi Cup" industrial design competition came to a successful conclusion at the end of May 2016. The "Wuyi Cup" industrial design competition is led by Jiangmen Economic and Information Bureau, Jiangmen Enterprise Federation, Jiangmen Tongtian Investment Management Co., Ltd., Jiangmen Innovation Design Institute Co., Ltd., Wuyi University, Jiangmen Vocational and Technical College and other institutions Co-organizers and co-organizers. The theme of this year's "Wuyi Cup" industrial design competition is "Maker, Innovation, and Creation", aiming to stimulate the creativity of manufacturing, designers and college students, and enhance Jiangmen's industrial design capabilities. A total of 567 works were collected in this competition, which are divided into product group, concept group, industry group and enterprise naming special competition. In addition to rewarding and commending the award-winning works, outstanding works will be selected to participate in the 8th "Governor Cup" Industrial Design Competition in 2016.
The organizing committee of this competition collected 124 product group works, among which Haihong Electric Co., Ltd. has three product group entries to participate in this competition: SZ11-RL-40000/110 three-dimensional wound core oil-immersed power transformer, Crystal alloy three-dimensional wound core transformer and pre-installed charging pile. After selection, all three products of our company successfully passed the preliminary competition (77 pieces were shortlisted in the preliminary competition). In the semi-finals, the SZ11-RL-40000/110 three-dimensional wound core oil-immersed power transformer stood out and won the "Product Award" in the product group, and the amorphous alloy three-dimensional wound core transformer and pre-installed charging pile won the "Encouragement Award" in the product group awards.
Haihong Electric actively responded to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, and took scientific and technological innovation as the foundation of enterprise development. In March 2011, it officially launched the research and development project of 110kV three-dimensional wound core transformer. The world's first 110kV class, 40,000kVA capacity three-dimensional wound core oil-immersed power transformer independently developed by Haihong Electric was successfully trial-produced in March 2015, and all performance indicators of the product are better than national standards.
The amorphous alloy three-dimensional wound core transformer is a new product developed by Haihong Electric in combination with the technical advantages of the three-dimensional wound core and amorphous alloy materials. By adopting the three-dimensional wound core structure, it solves the shortcomings of the traditional amorphous alloy transformer. The transformer products have the advantages of low no-load loss, low no-load current, three-phase balance, small magnetic flux leakage, strong short-circuit resistance, low operating noise, low temperature rise, strong iron core, and reusability.
The pre-installed charging pile is a compact, high-strength, adaptable, safe and reliable power equipment developed by Haihong for charging electric vehicles. At present, while China's automobile industry is developing rapidly, its energy supply, energy saving, emission reduction and environmental protection issues are becoming increasingly prominent. Electric vehicles have significant advantages in energy saving, emission reduction and environmental protection, and have become the future development direction of the global automobile industry. Haihong keeps up with the trend of the times and is committed to contributing to the country's energy conservation, emission reduction and new energy development.
The award of the three products of Haihong this time demonstrates Haihong's technical strength and advanced innovation ability in the industry.
