Under the leadership of the technical team formed by Xu Kaixuan and Liang Qingning, the scientific and technological project "Three-Dimensional Wound Core H-Class Insulated Non-encapsulated Dry-type Power Transformer" was jointly completed by Haihong Electric Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Kaikai Electric Co., Ltd. Aiming at the improvement of transformers in the field of energy conservation and environmental protection, the project developed and designed a safe, environmentally friendly, energy-saving and quiet open-type three-dimensional wound core transformer, which has the advantages of easy recycling of coil copper and degradable insulating materials. The product is safe for humans, animals and The environment is pollution-free, more efficient, more environmentally friendly and more economical. In the process of R&D and production, the project has obtained more than 50 authorized patents. Relying on the results of this project, a number of products have been successfully transformed, including first-class energy efficiency open three-dimensional wound core dry-type transformers, open three-dimensional wound core dry-type transformers for super high-rise buildings, and integrated protective open three-dimensional wound core dry-type transformers And so on, realized industrialization and marketization. As of the end of last year, due to energy saving, environmental protection, safety, considerable income and low operating costs, the annual sales of this product exceeded 200 million yuan, making a huge contribution to economic and social development.
